Founded by Kari Mahlik, MSN, NP our practice was created to expand access to high-quality psychiatric care in a setting that feels safe, supportive, and deeply personal.

Kari Mahlik is a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with a passion for helping individuals reconnect with their resilience. With extensive experience in both clinical and holistic mental health care, Kari brings a warm, down-to-earth presence to every session.

Her mission? To make mental wellness accessible, collaborative, and empowering, especially for women who are ready to reclaim their joy, clarity, and strength.
