Founded by Kari Mahlik, MSN, NP our practice was created to expand access to high-quality psychiatric care in a setting that feels safe, supportive, and deeply personal.

Kari Mahlik is a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with a passion for helping individuals reconnect with their resilience. With extensive experience in both clinical and holistic mental health care, Kari brings a warm, down-to-earth presence to every session.

Her mission? To make mental wellness accessible, collaborative, and empowering, especially for women who are ready to reclaim their joy, clarity, and strength.

Lori Schuerman, DNP, MPH, APNP, PMHNP-BC is a compassionate psychiatric nurse practitioner serving Algoma and the Kewaunee area. She offers individualized, faith-informed care for clients ages 10+, specializing in trauma, special learning needs, older adult support, and a range of mental health conditions. Lori blends holistic practices with evidence-based treatment to empower and support each client’s mind, body, and spirit.
