Finding the right treatment plan can feel like a big step—but you don’t have to do it alone. At Bay Psychiatry™ of Wisconsin, we combine medication management with supportive therapy to create a balanced, whole-person approach to mental wellness.

We’ll work closely with you to ensure your medication is effective, well-tolerated, and tailored to your unique needs—while also providing therapy that encourages growth, self-awareness, and emotional resilience. Together, we’ll help you better understand yourself, navigate life’s challenges, and build lasting tools for healing and well-being.
Individual Session: $125 (Private Pay)

Kari Mahlik provides professional mental health evaluations and testimony for legal proceedings when psychiatric expertise is needed.
Personalized medication optimization through GeneSight® testing
GeneSight® testing uses your genetic profile to help your provider choose medications that are more likely to work well for you, reducing the frustrating trial-and-error process of finding the right treatment.
Insurance & Payment
We are in the process of becoming credentialed with all major insurance plans, including Medicaid and Medicare.
Private pay is available, and superbills can be provided for out-of-network reimbursement.
